Creature Kingdom Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Creature Kingdom! All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping Time Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
Please Note Because all items are made to order, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been submitted to production. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order.
